Room Reservations at the Wandering Dragon

You may reserve a table in one of our semi-private rooms for your next game night. Featuring 4 Game Rooms a Tournament Room and an extensive game library, our rooms are ideal locations for a draft, a party, or a play-space for whatever game you and your friends are trying out this week!  (If you would like to reserve our Tournament Room for a large event, please contact us to make special arrangements.)

How do I reserve a room?

All we’ll need is your name, the date of your visit, how long you will be staying and the number of guests in your party. You may call, email, message us on Facebook or stop by in person.  We can be reached at:

Can I reserve a specific room?

While we will take requests into consideration, they cannot be guaranteed as we must coordinate the reservation and event schedules to maximize seating for all of our guests.

How much does it cost?

Tables in our semi private rooms are $5.00 per person for up to 4 hours*, with a minimum of four people.

For groups of less than four, it is $20.00 for up to 4 hours*.

* You may extend your stay up to close of business under the same rates.

Can everyone in my group help pay for the room?

Of course.  When your group settles up at the end, any number of folks can chip in to pay the balance however your group would like it divided up.

Can I bring my own food/drink?

Outside food and drink, including water, coffee, etc. is not permitted.  We have a well-stocked beverage cooler and snack pantry on site as well as menu books of our local restaurant partners who will deliver to your table.

Also for your convenience, we will run a tab for you and settle up at the end of your visit.

*Exceptions such as cup cakes for birthday parties may be made with prior approval.

When can I book my party?

We take reservations up to 90 days in advance. It’s been our experience that you’ll want to reserve as early as possible as the tables tend to book up quickly.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Just let us know.  We do have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your event, you’re golden. If you cancel inside of 24 hours, there is a $20.00 cancellation fee.

What if we’re running late?

If someone from your party arrives within 30 minutes of your reservation time you’ll be fine. However, if nobody shows up within 30 minutes, and we don’t hear from you, we will release the room and you will be subject to the 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.
