What is Wandering Dragon / Thistle & Twig doing in response to COVID-19?

In accordance with guidance from health authorities, we’re implementing the following health and safety measures:

• Reducing store hours and store capacity to help facilitate physical distancing
• Relocating fixtures, furniture, and products to make navigating the store easier
• Implementing a requirement that face coverings be worn over nose and mouth by all Customers and Employees while in Wandering Dragon / Thistle & Twig
• Contactless payment options. Credit / Debit Only. No cash.
• Temporarily pausing all in-store events including parties, room rentals, Escape Room, RPGs and tournaments
• Enhancing our cleaning procedures throughout the day

How are we facilitating physical distancing?

We have rearranged our store to better spread out our products throughout the store. Additional physical distancing measures include limited capacity in store as well as contactless payments, and the installation and use of a plexiglass shield at cash register.

Will Customers be required to wear masks or face coverings to enter the store?

Yes, the use of appropriate face coverings is required for all Customers during visits to Wandering Dragon / Thistle & Twig. Face coverings must be worn over nose and mouth. Face coverings must not be removed for any reason while in the store.

Customers must provide their own disposable or reusable face covering. The wearing of face masks does not replace physical distancing, which should be practiced at all times.

Can Customers expect a wait time before entering Wandering Dragon / Thistle & Twig?

We will have limited capacity in store and at times you may need to wait to enter depending on the number of people in the store. We have a sign at our entrance that we will use to let you know when you may enter.
