Tiny Epic Crimes Deluxe Bundle (Available Now!)

Tiny Epic Crimes is a fast-paced, crime-fighting, deduction game for 1 to 4 players that offers multiple ways to play. The game can be enjoyed competitively, cooperatively, or solo.

Players take on the role of detectives, and depending on the game mode, will be working either together…. OR separately…. to crack the murder case. Time matters, and the first 48 hours after any crime are the most critical. Players race around Echo Ridge City collecting evidence, such as the murder weapon, forensics, or the getaway vehicle.

This secret evidence is sifted through using the novel Tiny Epic Decoder System, which keeps all of the murderer’s other evidence hidden. This knowledge eliminates suspects and helps identify the true killer.

But crime doesn’t stop for one investigation. Players must answer the call of duty, juggling their time as other criminal activities arise across the city.

Resolving these events allow players to gain useful alibis and powerful Force Cards, but knowing full well that their actions will take them hours closer to a reckoning.

Tiny Epic Crimes: Crooked Capos Mini Expansion

A new breed of well-funded criminal is loose in the streets—the Capos. These fat cats are villains-for-hire, and it is your job to take them into custody. However, it has come to your attention that corruption has infected your precinct. Several of your more shady comrades have been racking in dirty money to
look the other way. Can you truly trust your fellow officers to meet duty’s call?

Crooked Capos has 2 separate modules that can individually be added to the game: “Crooked” and “Capos.”

In the Crooked module, players are dealt Loyalty Cards which state whether they are “CLEAN” or “CROOKED.” Players can
investigate whether another cop is crooked, getting either big rewards (if they are right) or big penalties (if wrong).

In the Capos module, the Capos represent an extra challenge and reward for the officers! Capos are treated like mobsters while in the city, but are not like regular mobsters. Instead, each can only be arrested by following the requirements listed on their card.

Tiny Epic Crimes: Kingpins

Criminals in the city feast in the streets, preying on the innocent citizens of Echo Ridge. But these petty gangs only squabble for the table scraps left over by the Kingpin. This despot looms large over the city’s underbelly, pulling all of its strings, and threatening Echo Ridge’s very foundation. You are willing to stake your badge that it was the Kingpin who ordered Muretti’s hit. Time to call in the Patrol Squad, an elite task force trained to bust up the Kingpin’s Flophouse network. With your help, we can smoke these bandits out and discover who the real Kingpin is, and topple them.

In the Kingpins expansion, one of six Kingpins have taken over the city. You must gather your wits and take them down, adding precious time to hamper your ability to solve the murder. The identity of the Kingpin will be revealed through game play.

Moon Deluxe Edition Bundle (Available Now!)

Moon depicts an almost plausible rush to construct lunar bases that are attractive places to live and work for the people of Earth. The most prestigious base will become the new lunar capital!

The game employs the familiar “pick & pass” or “hand drafting” mechanism for players to select a new structure cards to add to their base. Each hand of cards represents a convoy of experts and equipment travelling between the players’ outposts, giving the player the choice of one new construction each turn. In a new twist on the genre, each hand always contains one of a number of “Expedition” cards that grant a special free action every turn before passing on to the next player.

Wooden lunar rover tokens are a neutral resource that add a worker placement element to the game. They are also used to break ties and so must be used with care.

Over the three distinct eras of the game, players compete for majority in 5 aspects of their bases: housing, transportation, science, industry, and food production. At the end of each era, the leader in each of these areas as determined by flag icons on their constructed buildings, collects bonus victory points.

Each game also features a number of randomly selected “Reputation” cards which provide one-time or ongoing bonuses for the player who meets the requirement and claims the card.

Kinfire Chronicles: Night’s Fall (Available Now!)

In Kinfire Chronicles: Night’s Fall, a 1-4 player co-operative, quest-based RPG board game, players take on the role of seekers, adventurers who are fighting to push back the darkness threatening to change and destroy the world of Atios. The game plays as a campaign of 15+ quests, and each quest takes an average of 45-60 minutes to complete. Within each quest, players can expect to make choices related to adventures, battles, NPCs to speak to, and more. These choices create a branching story in the game, allowing the entire campaign to be replayable.

Each quest has three phases: adventuring, battle, and exploration. In the adventuring phase, players make choices based on options presented on the quest cards and need to accomplish something (such as crossing a river or chasing down a suspect) by flipping the correct number and color of cards from their decks. In the battle phase, players work together to defeat enemies on a physical battle map. Turns are determined by drawing chits out of the destiny bag, with each enemy having numbered tokens that correspond with different attacks and actions. Players may play action cards on their own turns to do damage and can play boost cards on other players’ turns to do things like reduce damage, move players, or even return a drawn chit to the destiny bag for redraw. The game doesn’t end if an objective isn’t achieved or an enemy defeats the heroes, but it will affect later gameplay and choice options. Lastly, on certain quests players can return to the city in the exploration phase to speak to NPCs, purchase items, and level up their decks.

Woven throughout each of these phases are cards that require you to make a choice, such as resting before moving on or charging into battle, or whether or not to spare someone’s life. The characters in the game have their own set of morals and standards, and playing according to your character can earn you Kinfire tokens that help you level up. Ultimately though, the decisions you make are yours alone.

In The Lord of the Rings Adventure Book Game, ​​Sauron’s shadow has fallen across Middle-earth, and the One Ring must be destroyed. In order to complete their daunting quest, players need to work together to help cherished Lord of the Rings characters journey from The Shire to the fires of Mordor, all while avoiding the Eye of Sauron.

This third entry into Ravensburger’s “adventure book” line is broken into eight “chapters” that are experienced over eight different board game “pages”. Each new chapter provides puzzles and challenges that players need to overcome to advance the story.
