Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the success of Dragon Cache and for helping us take this next step!  The Wandering Dragon is excited to announce an improved way to get the games you’ve been wanting!

Introducing Dragon Cache 2.0!

The Wandering Dragon now features not only a growing selection of gently used games, but also some great new titles, all discounted up to 50%… or more! Not just a table full of games, not even shelves full of games, but AN ENTIRE ROOM devoted to gently used and new games! That’s right, hundreds of new and used treasures featured everyday at The Wandering Dragon!

Sellers, there is no longer a limit on how many games you can submit and when you sell your gently used or new games at your prices, you will now earn 100% of the sale in Wandering Dragon credit! (During store sales, credit earned will be no less than 80% of asking price.)

Buyers, as always, each used game will have an accompanying condition report, completed by the seller, full of helpful information about the games’ condition and completeness.

Wander on by The Dragon and check out the new Dragon Cache room full of new and used treasures. Then return often, as our selection will be changing each week including some recently released titles!

Sell your gently used games at The Wandering Dragon! At your prices! This is how:

• We are currently accepting used board games and books (such as RPGs) to sell (Novels, toys, dice, and collectibles are currently not being accepted).
• There is no limit to the number of items a seller can submit.
• The seller may sell a “set” of items as a single item if they wish (such as a game plus expansions, or a set of RPG books). These items will be shrink wrapped together and presented and sold as a single item.
• The seller must complete a Used Game Submission Form (a fillable form which you complete and print ahead of time) for each item sold. You can download this form and bring it in, or we will have copies available at the store. The seller is expected to be honest about the condition of their item. Wandering Dragon staff will review the Submission Form and suggest changes if we deem them appropriate. These forms will be available to view by potential buyers.
• The seller determines a single asking price for the item. Please mark your sale price in whole dollars if possible (but this is not required). This price will be non-negotiable and The Wandering Dragon will only sell that item at that price. We will not break up item sets.
• Upon submission, within a reasonable amount of time, The Wandering Dragon staff will prepare the used game for sale. We will attach a Used Game Sale Sticker (Post-It note adhesive only) to the item and shrink wrap the item before shelving. This note includes the asking price of the game and a summary of the Submission Form condition report.
• Once shelved, an item will be given at least 60 days to sell. After that time, The Wandering Dragon may ask the seller to take the item back. An unsold item may not be submitted for sale again for at least another 60 days.
• Upon the sale of an item, the buyer will be given 3 days to return the item if he or she does not agree with the Submission Form condition report. This is the only condition under which we will accept a used game return.
• Three days after the sale (or as soon as possible), the seller will receive store credit for 100% of their  asking price of the item and no less than 80% store credit if sold during a store sale. The Wandering Dragon will process any Illinois Sales Tax associated with the purchase.
• The Wandering Dragon has the right to refuse to accept any item due to demand, condition, appropriateness, existing copies already for sale, or any other reason.
• A Used Game is sold on consignment and remains the property of the original owner until such a time as it sells or is removed from circulation. The Wandering Dragon does not purchase used games for resale.
• The Wandering Dragon will assume responsibility for the care of item while in our possession.

Information for Buyers of Used Games:

• Upon the sale of an item, the buyer will be given 3 days to return the item if he or she does not agree with the Submission Form condition report.  This is the only condition under which we will accept a used game return.
• Please note that, due to the nature of how Used Games are made available and sold, the price of a Used Game may not be adjusted. This means the Dragon’s Roll Discount may not be applied to Used Game purchases.
• Illinois Sales Tax will be collected and processed just as with new game sales.
